Q. With a one-year subscription to Good Times, how many issues will I receive ?  
A one-year subscription includes 10 issues. Good Times is published 10 times a year.
Q. How can I access my account ?  
You can access your account by clicking on the “MY ACCOUNT” button on the Good Times website home page. You will be asked to enter your subscription number or e-mail address. You will then get information about your subscription: account status, balance owing, the expiration date of your subscription, etc.
The Good Times subscription centre offers you the following options:
  • Pay or renew your subscription
  • Give a gift subscription

Q. Can I subscribe online to Good Times magazine ?  
Yes, you can subscribe by clicking on the “SUBSCRIBE” button on the Good Times website home page. Please note that our site is secure so you can pay by credit card.
Q. Can I pay a bill online safely ?  
Absolutely, and it’s very simple. To pay your bill by credit card, access your account via our home page by using your subscription number or e-mail address and clicking on the "Make a payment" button. Please note that our site is secure so you can pay by credit card.
Q. How can I find my subscription number ?  
Your subscription number can be found on the copy of Good Times that arrived at your home. It is printed on the address label.

Q. Which number shows when my subscription will end ?  
To find out when your subscription ends, simply check the address label on your magazine. You can also get the information by visiting our website and verifying your account: enter your subscription number or e-mail address.

Q. After I have subscribed, when will my first issue arrive ?  
We will process your order as quickly as possibly. However, it may take approximately four to six weeks for your first issue to arrive. If you have still not received it after six weeks, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at goodtimes@cdsglobal.ca or by phone at 1-800-465-8443.
Q. Can I change my address online ?  
You can change your address in the SUBSCRIPTION CENTRE area. On the Good Times website home page, click on the “MY ACCOUNT” button. You will be asked to enter your subscription number or e-mail address. After you are in your account, simply choose the “Change address” option and provide the required information.
Any change of address done online will take effect when the next issue is mailed*. To notify us of a change of address effective at a later date, contact our Customer Service directly by e-mail at goodtimes@cdsglobal.ca or by phone at 1-800-465-8443, making sure you mention the date on which the change of address will take effect.
* The address labels that we use on our magazines are printed two weeks ahead of time. Therefore, you may still receive the latest issue at your old address even after having asked for a change of address. The situation will resolve itself with the following issue.
Q. What should I do if an issue is missing or damaged ?  
Simply ask Customer Service for a replacement copy of the issue that is missing or damaged. You can do this by e-mail at goodtimes@cdsglobal.ca or by phone at 1-800-465-8443. We will send you the issue in question or extend your subscription by one issue, depending on your preference. (If you contact us via e-mail, remember to mention your mailing address or subscription number.)
